There is a great location and staff in this hotel, that's why I loved it.

All fairly clean, perfect staff and location. The rooms were with a sofa bed, loved it.

Reasonably clean hotel, comfortable beds, hot breakfasts and professional staff. We loved this stay.

The continental breakfast was abundant with lots of food. The staff was accommodating, efficient, and responded promptly to requests.

All in all a comfortable stay, the venue met needs. The hotel was clean, I loved it.

We liked staff and location, they were amazing. The shuttle that to the navy pier was a great perk and breakfast was included. Our check-in was good.

Convenient hotel, central location close to everything, courteous staff, good bar area. Huge rooms on higher floors and good service. Early check in and late check out.

Loved my perfect stay in a long time. The room met expectation, neat on higher floors. Wonderful and prime location, only a short distance to Chicago River. I would recomand to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

A marvelous hotel with an excellent restaurant and great food. We loved our room, it was great-sized. The beach nearby was good and the view was marvellous. Quiet garden and excellent pool.

The hotel was comfortable, I liked quite rooms and phenomenal staff. Perfect view, a big balcony, fine bed, too. The staff did all they can for the best stay. Particularly good breakfast with variety of food.

A not expensive hotel in Chicago. Very neat property and rooms and a STUNNING location. Found in a safe area. We were very satisfied with terrific staff.

The property was spotless, the room was bright. The staff was easy going, outstanding service. Its location was truly wonderful next to a fire station.

The hotel was very very clean and the breakfast was fairly good. Valet was at all times unobtrusive. There were quite spacious & immaculate rooms available. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Patio available in the room. Hotel's valet helped us a lot! A 5-minute walk will take you to portillo's hot dogs, where you can eat.
